HOW IT WORKS

Turn community messages into reviewable candidate Signals in three steps

Connect Telegram, choose the communities that matter, and tell Top Prospect what to find. During configured checks, the system screens new messages and preserves the original evidence for human review.

01

Connect Telegram and choose monitored communities

Select business-relevant sources from the communities visible to your account. Only communities you actively monitor enter scheduled collection.

02

Create a rule and define the signals

Describe the opportunities or risks you want to find, then set keywords, qualification criteria, review frequency, and source scope.

03

Review evidence, decide, and follow up

See summaries, scores, sources, and original evidence in Signals, manage follow-up status, or review messages and summaries in Community Intelligence.

OBJECTIONS ANSWERED

Know the boundaries before you start

Clarify access, candidate-Signal review, delivery, and the next step without sending visitors to another page.

Ask on Telegram
01/ 04 currently viewing
01Which communities will Top Prospect read?

Only the communities selected by the user within the confirmed authorization boundary. We recommend starting with a focused set instead of monitoring everything.

02How are Matching Rules different from keyword alerts?

A rule combines a Target, keywords, review frequency, and applicable groups. Matches arrive in Leads with the original message and AI assessment; the user decides whether and how to make contact and actively initiates any contact action.

03Where do identified matches go?

New matches appear on the Leads page. After binding the Telegram Bot and enabling notifications, you can also receive new-Lead alerts. Top Prospect does not independently decide whom to contact or initiate automated outreach; every contact action is user-initiated and remains the user’s responsibility.

04How can I start using it now?

Open the product, choose the communities to monitor, and create your first discovery rule. Contact the team on Telegram if you need help defining the right scope.
