TikTok Shop seller groups contain a constant stream of logistics offers: US warehouse, UK warehouse, direct fulfillment, last-mile accounts, relabeling, and returns. Genuine seller demand is easily buried beneath provider promotion.
For 3PL and warehouse operators, the valuable signal is not the phrase “overseas warehouse.” It is the point where the current fulfillment process can no longer support order volume, service levels, or platform requirements.
Identify the seller’s current fulfillment model
TikTok Shop’s official materials distinguish seller-arranged shipping, platform shipping, and platform-managed fulfillment options. Before recommending a third-party solution, determine the current model and which responsibilities can move.
Common scenarios include:
- moving from cross-border direct shipping to local inventory;
