Group chat statements like “that forwarder’s service is excellent,” “they have strong resources on this route,” or “they are cheaper than your current one” describe subjective impressions and fragmentary information — not verifiable capacity evaluation evidence. Group messages cannot confirm any of the following:
- Whether the recommender’s cargo category and shipment cadence are similar to yours
- The forwarder’s actual booking confirmation rate and rollover rate on your core routes
