Signals considered

  • attribution gap patterns in group discussions
  • recurring attribution complaints
  • switching-window Signal
  • mobile growth decision support

Illustrative scenario. This article explains how TOP Prospect turns messages from Telegram groups the user intentionally connects into Signals for human verification. It does not represent a real customer, conversation, contract, revenue result or conversion claim.

The concrete situation you may recognize

You monitor several Telegram business groups where mobile growth leads and UA managers discuss vendor performance. Lately the same type of message keeps appearing: a teammate or peer mentions that channel-level discrepancies have grown wider since the last SDK update, that postbacks seem delayed on certain networks, or that a privacy framework change has created a data gap their current MMP does not handle cleanly.

Each post looks isolated. One references Android campaign breakdowns that no longer match the ad network dashboard. Another flags that SKAdNetwork postbacks took six hours longer than usual. A third mentions deprecation of a consent-management field their MMP has not yet mapped. None says we are switching. None names a replacement vendor.

Your team has a decision window closing this week: either investigate these mentions as a possible pattern or log them as scattered feedback and move on. The cost of investigating too early is wasted engineering time. The cost of ignoring a real switching signal is losing a competitive account you could have prepared for.

How to define the monitoring task

The monitoring task for recurring attribution gaps needs clear boundaries. TOP Prospect is configured against Telegram groups you already manage or participate in through your connected account. You define which groups are relevant based on membership composition, topic and business relationship.

Included patterns. Messages that reference an attribution vendor by name, describe a specific gap category (postback delay, breakdown mismatch, unhandled framework field), mention contract timing, alternative vendor names, migration blockers or a renewal date window.

Excluded patterns. Generic complaints about mobile measurement without a named vendor or gap category. Messages where the author explicitly states the issue is resolved. Discussions focused entirely on a different tool category without attribution relevance.

This filtering scope is set once per group and can be refined as new message types emerge.

How TOP Prospect forms the Signal

TOP Prospect begins by collecting every message from the connected groups that matches the monitoring task scope. The product applies three processing steps:

Clean and deduplicate. The same attribution complaint may appear across multiple groups, sometimes copy-pasted by different authors. TOP Prospect identifies near-duplicate content and groups related messages into a single Signal entry, preserving the earliest original message and its source.

Score for confidence and priority. Each Signal receives a score based on message-level evidence: whether the author mentions a specific vendor by name, describes a concrete gap category, references a contract or renewal window, names an alternative being evaluated, or describes migration action already in progress. A Signal that combines vendor naming, contract timing and alternative comparison receives higher confidence and priority than a single isolated complaint.

Present the Signal with context. The output is not a summary. The product shows the original message text, the group it came from, the date, the confidence level and the priority rank. You see exactly what was said and can judge the nuance that scoring cannot capture.

What can and cannot be confirmed

What TOP Prospect confirms: that a message was posted in a connected group, that it matches the defined monitoring task, that it contains specific attribution-gap language, and that similar messages exist across other groups in scope.

What remains for human review: whether the author has decision authority for vendor switching, whether the described gap is material to their business, whether the alternative mentioned is a serious evaluation or a casual mention, and whether the contract timeline is actionable.

The product does not read private chats, does not send messages automatically into groups, and its scoring reflects message-level evidence rather than fact certification. Confirming a closed deal or revenue impact requires human verification and CRM input.

Suggested action, suggested reply and user feedback

For each Signal, TOP Prospect provides a suggested action and a suggested reply.

The suggested action tells your team what type of follow-up the Signal warrants based on its confidence and priority tier: monitor for additional mentions, prepare a competitive brief, or initiate direct outreach to a known contact.

The suggested reply is draft language you can review and adapt. It does not enter the group automatically. You copy it, verify it fits your relationship with the group and the author, and paste it manually.

After you act, you can label the Signal as valid, invalid or uncertain inside the product. This user feedback refines future scoring for similar message patterns. It is the only feedback TOP Prospect uses; the product does not collect testimonials from customers or claim that teams have validated signals on your behalf.

Verify it with your own groups

You do not need to onboard every group you monitor. Select two or three Telegram business groups where attribution gaps have appeared recently. Connect them to TOP Prospect through your existing group membership or administration access. Within the first analysis you will see the original message, the product judgement, the confidence and priority score, and the suggested action.

No automatic outreach occurs. No private chat is read. You stay in control of every follow-up step, and the Signal exists to inform your decision — not to replace it.

Product boundary and a free verification

TOP Prospect does not read private chats and does not send messages automatically. Confidence and priority are not fact certification; closed deals, contracts and other external outcomes still require human or CRM input. After human review, user feedback can mark a Signal valid, invalid or uncertain and inform later ranking.

If you handle this situation, select a few Telegram groups you already monitor for a free Signal analysis. You will see the original message, source, judgement, suggested action and suggested reply before deciding what deserves follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Does TOP Prospect read private Telegram chats or direct messages?

No. TOP Prospect only monitors business groups the user intentionally connects through OAuth or explicit invite. Private chats, one-on-one messages and closed channels are never accessed.

Does TOP Prospect send messages or replies into the groups automatically?

No. The product is read-only inside groups. suggested reply content is presented in the product UI for human review and manual copy-paste only.

Does a high-confidence Signal mean the competitor switch will happen?

No. Scoring reflects message-level evidence of intent, timing, alternative comparison and migration action visible in the group. Closed deals, contract signings and revenue impact require human verification and CRM data.
