What can and cannot be confirmed
What the product can confirm: the original message, its source group, whether it is a duplicate of a known piece of information, and how well it matches the monitoring task you defined.
What requires human review: whether the message content is factually accurate, whether the originating group or account is legitimate, and whether the Signal warrants a response. Suggested action, suggested reply and user feedback
For each Signal, TOP Prospect provides a suggested action — for example, keep the source and escalate the message, reduce collection frequency, flag the source for review, or pause it. A suggested reply draft is offered so the team has a starting point for follow-up if they choose to engage externally. Both are proposals, not instructions. The deciding vote belongs to your team.
